Teacher Google Classroom Codes

Dear Students, parents and Guardians,

Our staff has been working diligently to move over to our new Distance Learning Education Model.

Here is what you need to know:

• Distance Learning will start on Monday, 3/23/2020 for all of our students

• Students and teachers will be working on the platform called Google Classroom for all of their subject classes. A Google Classroom help sheet is available for those that need it.

• We need all of our parents/guardians and student to read the 6th-8th Grade Procedures and Expectations for Distance Learning at Shell Bank , which is also published on our website for detailed explanation of the new learning model.

• Teacher Remind Codes & Google Classroom Codes are also published on our website for those that need it.

• The DOE is lending internet-enabled iPads to support remote learning for students. If you would like to request a device for a NYC student in your family, please fill out the Request form, which you can find on the homepage of our website. The DOE will use the contact information you provide to get in touch with you to discuss when and where you can pick up a device. Priority will be given to students most in need, and all devices are granted on a temporary basis and will later need to be returned. There is a limit of one device per student.
