As "soon to be" 8th graders, students & families can begin to prepare for the 2021-2022 High School Admissions Process. Getting ahead start in your research and investigation into the World of High School will only benefit you and your child and prepare you ahead of time. Ms. Serio posted a wealth of information about preparing for the 2021-2022 High School Admissions Process in your child's google classroom homepage. Please review this information. On 6/18, all in-person 7th graders will receive the NYC Guide to the SPECIALIZED HIGH SCHOOLS ADMISSIONS TEST for 2021 admissions. If your 7th grade child is remote and you would like to pick up this guide, they are available for pick up starting on 6/18 from 9am to 1pm. The Specialized High Schools are one way that New York City supports the educational needs of students who excel academically and/or artistically, including English Language Learners and students with an IEP or 504 Plan.
