Day: Thursday, November 19, 2020

Student will be dismissed at 10: 40 am

Afternoon Conference are from 11:45am - 1:45pm

Evening Conference are from 4:30pm - 7:00pm

Lunch: Students will be able to take a bag lunch on their way out of the building

Report Cards will not be printed-out this year but you can access your child’s Report Card through We expect that the city will release the grades by 11/19.

Parent- Teacher -Conferences

Teachers will be reaching out to targeted parents to schedule a meeting. If your child is in good standing or you have had a recent conversation with your child’s teacher, you may not receive a call to schedule an appointment for 11/19.

If your child’s teacher did not contact you but you would like to schedule an appointment, please follow the instructions below.

Please note:

--Appointments are first-come-first-serve basis.

--You will be able to request a phone conference or a Google Meet.

--To keep Google Meets secure, we will be using your child’s school Google account.

Directions for Signing up for a Virtual Parent -Teacher Conference

· Login to your child’s Google Classroom Account. (Students may need to assist you with logging in with their username and password.)

· Go to his or her class Homepage.

· You will see Parent –Teacher-Conference in the “stream” and in “Classwork”

· Open the Google Doc and click the needed link(s) to sign-up for a conference.

· Be sure to pick ONLY 1 time-slot per teacher.

· Complete the form by 11/18.


If you request a Google Meet, you will be need to use your child’s account to enter the Google Meet. Your child will receive an email with the Meet Code and a reminder of your time-slot by 11/18. Your child is familiar with joining Google Meets and will be of great assistance logging you in to google. It is crucial that you only request to enter the meeting during your designated time slot or you will have to wait to be admitted by the teacher. If you need to cancel or are having problems, please email the teacher or send a message through REMIND.
